To help you identify why things like changes in your weight, digestion, elevated labs (cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar, blood pressure), sleeplessness, moodiness, lack of mental clarity, etc. are happening. Together we will create a plan completely customized just for you and your lifestyle. Not a plan about exclusion but one that helps you consume more of the things that are beneficial for your individual health goals.

  • I will spend time getting to know you so that together we can customize a plan that best suits your needs. Sustenance Simply offers virtual/telehealth visits in the comfort of your home and in some instances, I can come to you.


Do you take insurance?


  • Sustenance Simply is not currently taking insurance at this time but, is accepting self-pay for services. a superbill can be provided at your request for you to submit to your insurance.

Why Should I consult with a Dietitian?

  • you have seen changes in your health and you want to do something about it. Things like lab alterations such as high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, Nutrient Abnormalities, your weight, and more. Maybe you have food allergies and aren’t sure what to eat., Or you want to be vegan and are afraid you won't get enough protein, These are only a few of the reasons to schedule an appointment Today.

Is a nutritionist the same thing as a dietitian?

  • No, “nutritionist” is not a regulated term. Anyone can pay to take an online course. no requirements, No formal training, or education
  • An RD or RDN is a licensed professional.

I have completed a Degree in nutrition, dietetics, and food administration. I completed over 1,000 hours of supervised practice through an accredited dietetic internship

I successfully passed the National Commission of Dietetic Registration Exam.

In addition, I am a part of the CDC's National Diabetes Prevention Program as a certified National Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach. As required I continue regular completion of Continuing Education to maintain board certification.
